The room had central heating, a safe, and a good selection of TV channels; having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice touch, and the hotel's location in the SLP area was excellent.

We greatly enjoyed its good and excellent location.
That was nice hotel set in industrial area, next to the airport as well as Mexico. We have spent 3 days in a double room with AC, a big fridge, microwave. It was very handy to have a microwave and a refrigerator.

We had a last-minute check-in issue with our original accommodation, but City Suites came to the rescue. They gave us a great deal on a spacious room with a comfortable king bed and all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The WiFi was surprisingly fast, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in San Luis Potosi.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and two restaurants. It's less than a 15-minute walk to Emotion casino. - the room I booked had a large bed, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a seating area. - the price for the room was USD 1245.

This hotel's location was great, as it was close to restaurants and various attractions. the room size, bed, and pillows were comfortable. the excellent breakfast staff provided great service, and the breakfast itself was included in the room rate.
The room quality and decoration were not of the same level as the hotel's exterior design.

The breakfast buffet was decent and included in the price, which was a plus. Happy hour had free beer and snacks, which was great for unwinding after a busy day. the location of the hotel was near the main road, making it easy to access shops and restaurants.
The security was poor and could be a potential risk for travelers. There was no monitoring of who comes and goes, and the elevator did not require card access.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and they were able to assist me in finding my way around this city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I always felt comfortable in the hotel facilities. The location was great as well, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to everything I needed. Breakfast was also a standout feature, with efficient and helpful staff making my mornings a breeze.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The breakfast was pretty good and the location was OK. Our room had a mini-fridge and coffee maker, which were convenient.
We had a bad experience with the staff. They were not friendly or helpful and some of them didn't even speak English.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
